The Equestrian Mums Club exists because there is no single way to be an equestrian — and no single way to be a parent.
Horses weave themselves into our lives in different ways, at different times.
And… guess what? So does parenthood!
EMC was created to hold space for both of those realities — without judgement, hierarchy, or expectation.

EMC is a place to listen, reflect, and recognise yourself in others. It’s not somewhere to perform or prove yourself.

Life changes. Capacity shifts. Priorities move.

We honour the seasons of both horse life and parenthood — without demanding consistency, productivity, or “progress” on a fixed timeline.
You are allowed to be exactly where you are. You’re allowed to move through life at your own pace.
Support WITHOUT judgement
Advice is easy. Understanding is harder.
EMC exists to offer support without fixing, listening without judgement, and reassurance without comparison.
➡️ Not every feeling needs an answer.
➡️ Not every story needs a solution.
Sometimes… just being heard is enough.
Care in MANY forms
Motherhood does not come in one “perfect”, nuclear shape. (Despite what Disney might tell you…)
Biological mums, step mums, foster mums, adoptive mums.
Single mums, bonus mums, grandmums.
Caregivers, guardians, mentors.
Those trying to become mums. Those carrying loss. Those holding responsibility in quiet ways.
